Etheric And Spiritual Hygiene ( Group Workshop )

Whether you are in spiritual practise or not, by now we all know how important it is to have clean surroundings - internally and externally. 

Maintaining your energetic and physical energy hygiene is the prime factor that helps you on the daily basis. See it as decluttering your bag and wallet every now and then because you can't carry unnecessary weight around all day long. When you reach out for your bag to grab something out of it, you wouldn't want to spend time figuring out where is what, right? 

Similarly imagine bringing and entertaining energies of zillions things and people and food that you consume inside your energy field, your home and your surroundings. Not very desirable, right?

Not only that affects your moods, it also carries itself in your decisions, relationships, work as well as physical and emotional well being. 

Thus, I decided to come up with a group workshop of 3 Days where we sit and understand the concepts of energy and the cords and how it gets stored followed by how to cleanse it from all around.
