Terms of service

✑ Diviner's Medium Working / Business Days are Monday - Saturday , Days specifically communicated as off , National and Regional holidays.

✑ Please limit your follow up email/Message to ONE.

✑ No reading will be done to predict anyone’s demise, third party divorce.

✑ The reading can be rescheduled once due to any reason from either parties. If it is cancelled by the client  due to any given reason, no refund will be issued. If the reading is cancelled due to any reason by us ( Diviner’s Medium ) full refund will be issued through original mode of payment, or another date and time can be selected. And shall take 5-7 business days to reflect back in your account. 

✑ Please Book the services you are absolutely sure about, as once booked no services can be interchanged in lieu of other.

✑ All the payments to be made in advance during booking of the session.

✑ Bookings needs to be confirmed at least 24 hours before call based session.

✑ No calls or Messages will be responded beyond the working hours, unless reader has committed any service during those hours.  

✑ Abusive, Rude, and Inappropriate behaviour on the client’s behalf automatically leads to cancellation of session, without any refund.

✑ Any decision the client takes before or after the reading, will solely be  their responsibility and doesn’t concern the reader or the reading provided.

✑ Please read all the terms and conditions before bookings.

For Call Based Reading an email from Diviner's Medium containing a Zoom Link will be sent to you within 24 hours of payment for booking. Kindly Keep a check.

For Text Based reading, the turn around time is 4-6 working days.

You will be required to send your questions on divinermedium@gmail.com along with your payment screenshot and questions. please avoid extensive lines of context as the questions gets lost. Once done, you will receive an email of your reading in PDF Format in the prescribed timeline.
