It’s commendable how she guides the entire session with such fun. She knows how to deal with clients in the utmost calm manner and incorporate little things that can instantly shift your energy and at the same time bring out rooted causes you would have never thought existed. I recently finished 12 sessions with Anjali of RnR as we call it and it has been the best months of my life. I was someone who used to shy away from showing up for myself and dress the way I would like because of my body image issues and excess weight. I think this session is really brilliant! I really did not know how to even discuss the so many things I've gone through and what all I was feeling when the session started. When I started to express also, I just kept speaking anything and everything coming to my head in a scattered fashion wondering if I am even making sense. Anjali heard me out attentively and it kept me going and I was so amazed at how she even picked up on certain nuances of info while I was speaking and gave me guidances accordingly. I felt so heard by her and my heart is filled with so much gratitude to her for guiding me.
The healings, exercises, pointers for you and her compassion while helping you out on how to address the issues at hand in a practical manner makes this a session custom curated one just for anyone and I've not come across something like this before and it's simply worth it!
I did not know what to expect with this new session that anjali just introduced but it’s been 3 years with her and everything she brings out has always hit a new high for me. So I signed up without any delay. It’s been 24 hours since I got it done and let me tell you. I feel she has surpassed herself this time. I remember signing up for the introductory offer of Release and Rejuvenate without thinking twice and I’m so grateful that I did it! It’s been such a wonderful experience with Anjali and she has such a beautiful way of taking your hand, being by your side and guiding you through this journey.
